Kavanaugh is more interested in getting back at Democrats for trying to hold him accountable at his confirmation hearing, that he is blind to what’s before his very eyes. He wanted to make a ruling for the ages (ego) rather than dealing specifically with the issue before him, producing a horrific immunity ruling. And said all the hypotheticals about authoritarianism were overblown hysterics. Who is the dangerous fool?
